Vibration Testing

Vibration testing and data processing is one of our main businesses in CCPGE. Vibration testing is an effective way to identify system dynamic characteristics and vibration source, diagnose system faults, control vibration and noise level, and solve vibration problems. All these are achieved through detection of vibration signals generated by mechanical equipment, structures and piping systems in operation.

The vibration testing devices and data processing programs used by CCPGE include:

1.  PXIe-4499, 24-bit, 204.8 kS / s, 4 Gain, TEDS, AC / DC coupled

  • 16-channel sampling inputs with sampling rate up to 204.8 kS / s
  • ADC with 24-bit resolution and 114 dB dynamic range
  • 4 kinds of up to +30 dB gain settings to guarantee the input signal ranging from ± 316 mV to 10 V
  • 4 mA IEPE and TEDS configured by software for microphones and accelerometers
  • 5 HZ coupled AC analog input
  • Synchronization of up to 272 full-bandwidth channels within a PXI Express box
