CCPGE successfully completed the API 618 pulsation design and torsional studies for the first compressor package in China with high speed, high pressure, and large flow for gas injection application

The compressor package was designed and manufactured by CNPC Chengdu Compressor Plant, China, with API 618 pulsation design and torsional studied completed by CCPGE. It has been successfully commissioned and put into operation on October 25，2016 in Donghe zone, Xinjiang Talimu oil field. The highest discharge pressure can reach 50 Mpag while the largest flow to 256 E3M3/D. The compressor package can operate in different operating conditions over a wide range of flow variation, and demonstrate much lower vibration level when compared with the three other imported compressor packages operating under the same conditions.
